Macusani Yellowcake Inc. (CVE:YEL) reports that it has reached an agreement with the Agents for its short form prospectus of units on pricing.
The press release is quoted as saying:
The units will be offered under the prospectus at a price of $0.85 per unit, each unit consisting of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional common share at a price of $1.05 for a period of 24 months from the date of issue. A preliminary short form prospectus in respect of the offering was filed and receipted on February 16, 2011 however, a (final) short form prospectus has not yet been filed.
