    Vancouver Sun reported on Hathor Exploration Ltd. (TSE:HAT) recommendation to its shareholders to reject Cameco Corp.’s(TSE:CCO,AMEX:CCJ) $417.3 million (US$420.7 million) takeover bid.

    Vancouver Sun reported on Hathor Exploration Ltd. (TSX:HAT) recommendation to its shareholders to reject Cameco Corp.’s(TSX:CCO,AMEX:CCJ) $417.3 million (US$420.7 million) takeover bid.

    The market news is quoted as saying:

    Hathor’s board of directors is firmly committed to ensuring that Hathor shareholders receive full value for their investment in this company, something this offer does not provide,” James Malone, chairman of Vancouver-based Hathor, said today in a statement.
