Alpha Exploration Inc. (TSXV:AEX) reported that former VP Exploration, Garrett Ainsworth, repudiated his employment agreement with the Company, and is no longer employed by Alpha Exploration Inc.
As quoted in the press release:
The Company also announced that discussions concerning a potential transaction with NexGen Energy Ltd. (“NexGen”) have terminated due to a breach of a contractual obligation by NexGen.
The Company is considering its legal rights and options for recourse in connection with the improper actions taken by each of the Former VP and NexGen.
