Forum Uranium Corp. (TSXV:FDC) announced the appointment of Dennis Cojuco as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Cojuco has previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Staley, Okada and Partners. Mr. Cojuco is also presently the CFO of Rokmaster Resources Corp.
As quoted in the press release:
Mr. Cojuco articled with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 2006 to 2009, and with Staley, Okada and Partners from 2004, until the two firms combined in 2006. Mr. Cojuco worked primarily in the mining practice of both firms where he assisted clients in the areas of public financings, mergers and acquisitions, public company reporting, and various other areas. Since the fall of 2009, he has been working with mining companies in the exploration and production stages. Mr. Cojuco also presently serves as chief financial officer of Rokmaster Resources Corp.
