Forsys Announces Agreement to Acquire Remaining 30% of Namibplaas Uranium Project and Commences Phase Two Drilling Program

Forsys Metals Corp. (TSX:FSY,FWB:F2T) announced it will acquire a 30% intrest in the Namibplaas Uranium project from Etherlin.

As quoted in the press release,

The acquisition is in exchange for the issue by the Company of 13,000,000 new common shares in the capital of the Company and 2,000,000 common share purchase warrants of the Company. Upon completion of the acquisition, Forsys will have a 100% equity interest in Namibplaas.
