Fission Energy Corp (TSXV:FIS, OTCQX:FSSIF) announced that its shareholders and optionholders have approved its plan of arrangement with Denison Mines Corp.
As quoted in the press release:
At the meeting of Fission Securityholders held on April 23, 2013, a special resolution approving the Arrangement was approved by 99% of the votes cast by Fission Securityholders, voting together as a single class.
