Energy Metals Makes First Shipment of Uranium To China

Mining Weekly reported Energy Metals (ASX:EME) shipped its first uranium concentrates to China’s CGNPC Uranium Resources Corporation.

As quoted in the market news:

This was the first shipment of Energy Metals’ newly launched uranium trading business.

The company said in a statement on Monday that the concentrate was purchased by a wholly owned subsidiary of Energy Metals from an independent Australian supplier, with the first shipment heralding a new chapter for the company.
