As quoted in the press release:
The Company recorded a net loss of $51,987,000 or $0.14 per share for the three months ended March 31, 2012 compared with a net loss of $7,067,000 or $0.02 per share for the same period in 2011. The results for the quarter include a charge of $44,079,000 related to an impairment of the US Mining segment which was recorded as a result of the transaction with Energy Fuels Inc.
