In its initial default announcement of June 3, 2010 (the “Default Notice”), the Corporation announced that it did not file its audited financial statements for its fiscal year ended February 28, 2010 (the “Annual Financial Statements”), its annual information form and its management’s discussion and analysis relating thereto (collectively, the “Required Filings”) before the prescribed deadline of May 31, 2010.
