Delta Uranium Inc. (TSXV:DUR.H) Stewart Wright has resigned as director.

In addition, the Company would like to announce that Mr. John V. Tokarsky has been appointed as a Director to the Board of Directors to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. Wright.
