    The Globe and Mail reported Cameco Corp. (TSX:CCO,NYSE:CCJ) is fighting to take over Hathor Exploration Ltd. (TSX:HAT).

    As quoted in the market news:

    Tim Gitzel said the company increased its hostile offer to $4.50 per share on Monday, valuing Hathor at $625-million, to gain an upper hand in the battle with Rio Tinto PLC.
