BHP Meeting With Australian Officials to Discuss Expansion of Copper Uranium Mine

SMH reported BHP Billiton Limited (NYSE:BHP,ASX:BHP) is planning to meet with policy makers in Australia regarding the expansion of their copper uranium project.

As quoted in the market news:

South Australian Premier Jay Weatherill says the mining giant sought the meeting on the proposed expansion of the existing copper and uranium project.

The company will talk with both government and opposition leaders in an informal gathering on Monday night, he said.
