Areva Revenue Up 8.3 Percent

NBCNews reported Areva (EPA:AREVA) saw its revenue grow 8.3 percent in the first half of the year to $5.3 billion.

As quoted in the market news:

The French state-controlled company said Thursday that it expects its earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization, a measure of profitability, to be more than €950 million for the year, compared to €750 million previously announced.
