Aldrin Resource Corp. (TSXV:ALN) closed the first tranche of its recently announced private placement financing of gross proceeds of $972,500 comprised of 9,720,500 units at a price of $0.10 per unit.
As quoted in the press release:
Each unit is comprised of one common share and one warrant which is exercisable into one common share at $0.20 per share for 12 months from closing.
