As quoted in the press release:
The original Production Sharing Contract was entered in 2007 with the Government of the Republic of Kenya. By 2009, Vanoil had obtained and re-processed approximately 2,000 kilometres of mid 1970s vintage 2D seismic originally acquired by Chevron.
