Reuters reported that a $1.1 billion gas terminal deal between the Ukraine and Spanish Company Gas Natural  is falling apart.  It seems that the deal may be invalid because the individual who signed on behalf of Gas Natural may not actually represent the company.

As quoted in the market report:

The Spanish energy company quickly denied joining a consortium that would build a liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal on Ukraine’s Black Sea coast, a project Ukraine hailed as reducing its dependence on pipeline gas from Russia.
