Oil and Gas InvestingTAMM Oil and Gas Corp. (OTCBB:TAMO) has signed an agreement with CEC Carbonate Energy PLC to combine their oil assets.
TAMM Oil and Gas Corp. (OTCBB:TAMO) has signed an agreement with CEC Carbonate Energy PLC to combine their oil assets.
As quoted in the press release:
The binding agreement is subject to several important conditions before final closing. Tamm will be required to re-domicile to Alberta and seek a majority approval from its shareholders for the transaction.
