    Strategic Oil & Gas Ltd. (CVE:SOG) announced the results of its annual and special meeting of common shareholders held on August 23, 2010.

    Strategic Oil & Gas Ltd. (TSXV:SOG) announced the results of its annual and special meeting of common shareholders held on August 23, 2010.

    The press release is quoted as saying:

    At the meeting of the common shareholders, all resolutions tabled at the meeting were approved by an overwhelming majority. In addition to approving the appointment of directors and auditors, shareholders approved the continuation of Strategic transferring the Corporation’s jurisdiction of incorporation from British Columbia to Alberta, with a resultant change in By-laws. Shareholders also re-approved the Corporation’s stock option plan.

    Thyssen has a MOU with Arafura Resouces , Siemens a JV with Lynas Corporation, both from Australia. Lynas has strong ties with Rhodia (now Poulenc), so the big companies do have offtake agreements with REE (future) producers.
