Company NewsSan Leon Energy plc (AIM:SLE) and Realm Energy International Corporation (CVE:RLM) enters into an agreement whereby San Leon will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Realm.
San Leon Energy plc (AIM:SLE) and Realm Energy International Corporation (TSXV:RLM) enters into an agreement whereby San Leon will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Realm.
The press release is quoted as saying:
The Board of Directors of San Leon believes that the acquisition of Realm has significant commercial logic and would bring together two complementary portfolios to create a focused and large shale acreage position in Poland’s Baltic Basin.
