Raging River Exploration Inc. Announces Closing of Corporate Acquisition of Rock Energy Inc.

CALGARY, ALBERTA–(Marketwired – July 21, 2016) – Raging River Exploration Inc. (“Raging River“) (TSX:RRX) and Rock Energy Inc. (“Rock“) (TSX:RE) are pleased to announce that they have completed the previously announced acquisition by Raging River of all the issued and outstanding Rock common shares (the “Rock Shares“) pursuant to a plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Alberta) (the “Arrangement“).

Additional Notes to Rock Shareholders
Rock shareholders who have not already done so should submit their certificates representing Rock Shares to Computershare Investor Services Inc., the depositary pursuant to the Arrangement, together with the applicable letters of transmittal following the instructions set out in such letters of transmittal in order to receive the consideration that they are entitled to pursuant to the Arrangement. As a result of the Arrangement, Rock Shares will be delisted from trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
