Quattro Exploration And Production Ltd. (TSXV:QXP) entered into agreement to acquire all three oil and gas fields in Southern Saskatchewan for $1.5 million.

As quoted in the press release:

Operating profit for 2011 increased to approximately $649,000, compared to a loss of $7 million in 2010.
