Oil Prices Surged 28 Cents

Bloomberg reported that oil prices surged 28 cents over improvement in U.S. consumer confidence.

As quoted in the market news:

Brent oil for July settlement rose 28 cents, or 0.3 percent, to end the session at $106.83 a barrel on the London- based ICE Futures Europe exchange.
