Gas gained 1.9 percent as the U.S. Climate Prediction Center in Camp Springs, Maryland, said the eastern half of the U.S. has a strong probability of being cooler than normal through April 5. Hundreds of flights were canceled from Chicago to New York today as a storm dropped snow from Montana to the Atlantic.
