National Gas Prices Down 9 Cents in Past 3 Weeks

Business Week reports that the average U.S. price of a gallon of gasoline has inched down nine cents in the past three weeks.

The market news is quoted as saying:

In California, the lowest average price was $3.65 in Fresno and San Franciscans paid the highest price at $3.77.
