Iraq’s Kurdistan Region to Restart Oil Exports

Reuters reported that Iraq’s Kurdistan region will restart oil exports after French and Russian firms joined the US in investing in Kurdistan.

As quoted in the market news:

Total and Gazprom followed U.S. majors Exxon (XOM.N) and Chevron (CVX.N) in signing oil accords with Kurdistan, which is already deeply at odds with Baghdad in a long-running dispute over control of territories and oil rights along their internal frontier.
