Heavy Louisiana Sweet’s premium to WTI dipped $3.50 to $11.50 a barrel at 2:02 p.m. New York time, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. That’s the lowest level since January. Light Louisiana Sweet’s premium dropped $2.75 cents to $10.
