Guide Exploration to Buy Natural Gas Properties for C$61.5 Million

Reuters reported that Guide Exploration Ltd. (TSE:GO) has agreed to buy certain natural gas properties in northwestern Alberta for C$61.5 million.

As quoted in the market news:

The acquisition will be funded through a bought deal equity financing of C$36.6 million and Guide’s existing credit facilities.
