Fairborne Energy: Marlboro Gas Plant Update and Partial Divestiture

Fairborne Energy Ltd. (TSX:FEL) provides update Marlboro Gas Plant.

Fairborne is also pleased to announce that is has entered into an agreement in principle to sell a forty percent (40%) working interest in the Marlboro Gas Plant to a third party midstream company for proceeds of $18 million while retaining priority access to the divested working interest.
