Enbridge to Undertake $300 Million Montana-Alberta Tie-Line Power Transmission Project

Enbridge Inc. (TSX:ENB,NYSE:ENB) enters into an arrangement agreement with Tonbridge Power Inc., and related lock-up agreements with Tonbridge directors, management and its major shareholder.
