Enbridge Inc.: 2011 Fourth Quarter Results

Enbridge Inc. (TSX:ENB,NYSE:ENB) reported its 2011 fourth quarter results.

As quoted in the press release:

• Fourth quarter earnings were $335 million; earnings for the full year were $991 million

• Fourth quarter adjusted earnings were $0.37 per common share, or $275 million

Enbridge Inc.’s President and Chief Executive Officer,Patrick D. Daniel said:

2011 was an excellent year for Enbridge with results reaching the top end of our adjusted earnings per share guidance, and a total return to our shareholders of 40%.
