Enbridge Energy Partners L.P. (NYSE:EEP) reports that the company is reconfiguration of its North Dakota system to expand the capacity by 23,500 barrels per day (bpd) from Minot to Clearbrook.

Enbridge Energy Partners L.P. (NYSE:EEP) reports that the company is reconfiguration of its North Dakota system to expand the capacity by 23,500 barrels per day (bpd) from Minot to Clearbrook.

The press release is quoted as saying:

The expansion involves an optimization of existing facilities and services with limited capital investment and is expected to be available in the first quarter 2011. The North Dakota system mainline capacity between Minot and Clearbrook recently was expanded by 51,500 bpd to 161,500 bpd through the Phase VI expansion, which went into service Jan. 1, 2010, and was immediately fully utilized.
