Commercial Solutions Inc.(TSX:CSA) announced that James Barker will be stepping down from his position as Company President and CEO but remaining as Chairman of the Board of Directors. The Company is currently looking for someone to take Mr.Barker’s place.
As quoted in the press release:
Mr. Barker has been in leadership roles in Commercial and its predecessors since 1991. He assumed the President and CEO roles in March of 2004. He has been instrumental in guiding Commercial through multiple acquisitions and led the corporation in significant organic growth. Mr Barker’s astute leadership of the Company has resulted in a markedly improved corporate structure poised for enhanced success.
