Canadian Energy Services Acquires Mega Fluids Mid-Continent, LLC

Canadian Energy Services & Technology Corp (TSX:CEU, OTCQX:CESDF) that they have acquired the drilling fluids business assets of Mega Fluids Mid-Continent, LLC.

As quoted in the press release:

Established in 2007, Mega Mid-Continent is an Oklahoma-based private drilling fluids company that provides drilling fluid solutions for a number of leading oil and natural gas companies with a focus on the growing Mississippi Lime oil play.

CES’s President and CEO,  Tom Simons, said:
