Antler Creek Energy Corp. Files Restated Interim Financial Statements

Antler Creek Energy Corp. (TSX VENTURE:AFE) reported that it has restated unaudited Interim Consolidated Financial Statements and restated Management Discussion and Analysis for the six months ended January 31, 2010.

The press release is quoted as saying:

The original interim consolidated financial statements for the six months ended January 31, 2010 were prepared without an auditor review and did not include adjustments for depletion, accretion and future taxes. Antler Creek engaged the auditor to review the statements for the six month period and the refiled Statements now include adjustments for depletion, accretion and future taxes, the changes of which are detailed in note 3 to the Statements. In addition, these changes have been reflected in Antler Creek’s restated Management’s Discussions and Analysis for the corresponding period, all of which are available for review on Antler Creek’s SEDAR profile.
