AllEnergy Corporation (OTCQB:AFSE) has signed an agreement to acquire interest in a 2 million acre Belize oil and gas concession.
As quoted in the press release:
AllEnergy purchased a non-dilutive four percent interest in a Belize corporation that owns half of the concession with an option to acquire an additional six percent by March 12th, 2012.
AllEnergy’s President and CEO, Dean Sukowatey stated:
We are extremely pleased to have completed the acquisition of this interest in Belize and to have the option to acquire an additional interest in 1 million acres.
