AER Energy Resources, Inc. (OTC PINK:AERN) entered into an agreement of a Joint Venture with Energex Fuel Corporation and Triton Global Petroleum to supply almost $420 million USD of ExxonMobil product annually to the aviation industry.

Triton Global Petroleum is a worldwide trader of aviation fuel to commercial, government and corporate aircraft, and has completed and entered into a Joint Venture with Energex to supply an estimated $420 million USD in ExxonMobil petroleum products annually.
