Energy Fuels Inc.(TSX:EFR) announced the completion of an acquisition for a 16.5% share of Virginia Energy Resources Inc. This was part of a previously announced non-brokered private placement.
As quoted in a press release:
As previously announced, Energy Fuels acquired 9,439,857 common shares of Virginia Energy at a price of Cdn$0.42 per share, for an aggregate subscription price of Cdn$3,964,739.94. The subscription price was satisfied by a combination of $250,000 of cash and the issuance of 21,851,411 common shares in the capital of the Company.
