El Tigre Silver Corp.(TSXV:ELS) announced the closing of a private placement. The private placement consisted of 3,888,000 units for gross proceeds of $972,000.
As quoted in the press release:
On June 25, 2012, the Company announced that it has closed the first tranche of the Private Placement of 400,000 Units for aggregate gross proceeds of $100,000. The aggregate gross proceeds for both tranches of the Private Placement totals $1,072,000.
