Crosshair Exploration & Mining Corp. reports that it will undertake a brokered private placement with Byron Securities Limited of up to 5 million units at a price of $0.20 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $1 million.
Each Unit will be comprised of one common share in the capital of Crosshair (a “Common Share”) and one common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”) with each Warrant exercisable for one Common Share at an exercise price of $0.30 per Common Share for 18 months following the date the Unit Private Placement.
