Great Atlantic Resources Corp. (TSXV:GR), a company that focuses on tungsten and other mineral deposits, has announced that it has terminated its option agreement with Elm Tree Minerals Inc. (TSXV:ETM).
As quoted in the press release:
The agreement had granted Elm Tree an option to acquire up to 80% of Great Atlantic’s right, title and interest in and to the Keymet Property comprising a total of 162 mineral claims covering 6,480 acres located in the Bathurst region of New Brunswick. Great Atlantic plans to proceed with exploration on the property in the near future and may consider further joint venture avenues for the property.
