EMC Metals Completes Private Placement

 EMC Metals Corp. (TSX:EMC) completed the private placement of convertible debentures for total proceeds of USD $650,000 at a price of USD $0.05 per share.

As quoted in the press release:

The convertible debentures are convertible into common shares of the Company at a price of USD$0.05 per share for a period of 12 months from the closing date, and bear interest at the rate of 10% per annum.
