Blackheath Resources Announces $300,000 Private Placement

Blackheath Resources Inc. (TSXV:BHR) announced that it plans to conduct a non-brokered private placement of up to 2,500,000 units at a price of $0.12 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $300,000.
Each Unit will be comprised of one common share of the Company and one non-transferable common share purchase warrant. Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.20 per share for a period of 24 months from closing of the Private Placement.
