Deer Horn Metals Inc. (TSXV:DHM) closed its previously announced non-brokered Private Placement for $304,400.
As quoted in the press release:
3,044,000 units of the Corporation were placed at a price of $0.10 per Unit for gross proceeds of $304,400. Each Unit shall consist of one Common Share and one share purchase warrant. Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share of the Company at a price from the date of issuance at $0.14 cents per share during the first year and at a price of $0.17 per share in the second year.
