The market news is quoted as saying,

In April Molycorp announced a friendly US$89 million cash-and-shares deal for Estonia’s AS Silmet, one of the world’s leading producers of pure niobium and tantalum metal. Silmet also offers three manufacturing facilities that make rare earth products.
