The market news is quoted as saying,
Tantaline’s tantalum surface alloy technology provides the best combination of cost and performance. The technology includes heating and reacting of pure tantalum metal to produce tantalum in a gaseous form and creating an alloy bond over the surface of a part. The finished part has the shape and size of the original OEM part but the chemical and corrosion resistance properties is same as pure tantalum metal.
