Critical Elements and Blue Note Extend Completion of Croinor Acquisition

Critical Elements Corporation (TSXV:CRE) and Blue Note Mining Inc. (TSXV:BNT) agrees to extend the term of the binding agreement providing for Critical Elements’ acquisition.
