Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd.: Exploration Drilling at QR in Progress-Bonanza Ledge Zone Drilling Announced-Mining & Production Staff Appointed

Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:BGM)(FRANKFURT:IWUB) reports that two diamond drill programs are in progress.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Permits for the next phase of exploration drilling in 2010 on Barkerville Mountain have been received. A 37 hole diamond drill programmed is planned. This includes a 27 hole diamond drill exploration plan designed by Dr. Jim Yin, Chief Geologist, targeting extensions to the Bonanza Ledge deposit at depth and along trend.
