Stans Energy Anticipates Mareva Appeal Being Heard in May

Stans Energy Corp. (TSXV:HRE,OTCQX:HREEF) announced that the Ontario Superior Court of Justice will allow Kyrgyzaltyn JSC to appeal its decision regarding the continuation of Stans’ Mareva injunction.

As quoted in the press release:

The decision to grant leave does not set aside the Mareva injunction granted to Stans on October 10, 2014, and continued by the Court on October 24, 2014. Stans anticipates that the appeal to the Ontario Divisional Court will be heard in May 2015. This leave to appeal does not impact the Company’s ongoing preparations for filing for recognition of the Award and asset seizure of Centerra Gold shares currently under arrest.
