Spring Stone Allowed to Proceed with Exploration at Mulanje Mountain

The Maravi Post reported that a Malawian High Court has lifted a ban that had prevented Spring Stone Limited from exploration activity on Mulanje Mountain.

As quoted in the Maravi Post report:

But in its ruling on May 3, 2013, the High Court in Blantyre noted that the company had been carrying out its Rare Earth Elements Exploration in accordance with the terms and condition of its Licence.
