Pacific Wildcat Resources (TSXV:PAW) is petitioning Kenya’s High Court to reinstate a mining lease cancelled by the country earlier this month, Industrial Minerals (subscription required) reported.

As quoted in the market news:

In April the company was granted a 21-year licence to explore and develop the Mrima rare earth deposit in Kenya’s Kwale region through its local subsidiary.
